ICT has impacted Education in many ways positive and negative, teaching and registration has become computerized, databases store the information collected by the online registers. ICT is now used to teach in school and college via Interactive whiteboards, the internet and projectors. All of these things are an advantage to education because they allow more advanced learning and much quicker instead of writing on a chalk board. Letters and Records are all stored on databases and spreadsheets. Computer Aided Learning is used in education do allow learning easier for people with disabilities. They also generate Timetables via PDF files or other applications.
Education has advanced due to ICT but it has taken away the basic life skills of handwriting, drawing tables and other basic things.
